2023 Youth Summit
Our Youth Summit is a platform for students to voice their ideas around diversity, inclusion and community cohesion to politicians, leaders and the broader community. Since 2016, our Youth Summits have hosted hundreds of students from a diverse range of government and non-government schools.
In 2023, participating students will prepare a presentation around the theme of Diversity and Connection.
Watch this short video (9 mins) for a snapshot of a past Youth Summit, or click here to see examples of past student presentations.
This year, our Youth Summit program is expanding! We are excited to be offering TWO Youth Summits, one in NSW and one in Victoria. For each Summit, we will offer placements to schools from metro and regional areas.
The inaugural Victorian Youth Summit was held 18 July 2023 at University of Melbourne in partnership with the Asia Education Foundation. It was an incredibly inspiring, uplifting day of learning.
