Interschool Programs
Suitable for Primary & Secondary Schools
Students from multiple (2 – 4) schools with diverse backgrounds come together for three to four full-day sessions per year, in order get to know each other, make new friends, and explore difference, diversity and mutual respect through dialogue and team building activities.

This program explores the power of friendship and connection for all people, regardless of faith, culture or background. Participants build welcoming communities by exploring dimensions of friendship and devising ways to overcome barriers. Participants build empathy and improve their social skills and intercultural understanding through interactive discussion and reflection sessions.

This program facilitates visits to places of worship or sites of significance and heritage for the school community. Schools share cultural beliefs and practices with each other as participants explore similarities and differences in beliefs and values. Participants build connections during workshop sessions consisting of interactive activities and deep discussions about faith, culture and identity.

This program explores the students’ lived experiences of their faiths and worldviews and similarities and differences with others. Worship practices, teachings and traditions are explored through workshop sessions consisting of interactive activities and robust discussions among participants, facilitators and religious leaders.

In this program, participants learn about service to community (and humanity) according to different religious and cultural traditions through a shared service project. Guest speakers and facilitators engage with the students through story-telling, activities and discussions as they come together as volunteers on important community causes.
